Hello, world! This is my story & here is where I ramble, mumble & rant. I am a 4th year med skool student whom still thinks he has a life. I always believe that the grass is greener on my side. I am no celebrity but the things that happens in my life make me one? i am a drama magnet. i love my family & friends.
this is the 10th year i have been follwing the chariot procession to batu caves...the beautifully decorated Silver chariot leaves the temple in jln tun hs lee( near the pudu bus station) transportin the deity Lord Muruga to batu caves.. on the eve of Thaipusam. this year was a bit different coz the chariot left at bout 1230a.m ( normally leaves at 4a.m). so me, my mum, my aunt n few cousins took the lrt to kl...hahahaah i was barefooted on the lrt..many ppl starring ...for the past 3 years i carrid the "paal kudam" (milk pot).which will then be b poured on the deity in batu caves as an offering...n this year i decided to walk barefooted as well.... after getting a close view at the chariot ..we started walkin n as usual the crowd was massive...so we got separated (me my mum n aunt were together).....along the journey i met so many ppl realtions la..old frens la..college frens la...n this uncle from banting whom we never fail to c every year ..so coincidence.. after the long 4 hour journey we reached at 4.30a.m lidat ( we were far ahead of the chariot coz normally chariot arrives at batu caves after 10hrs)..we went up to batu caves straight climbing the 272 steps..thne i got into the queue of those carrying the milk pots..n got a 1st class view of the offring wen it came to my turn... thats bout it for day 1....well tomolo is the main festival..where u can c the beautifully decorated kavadis u have haerd of.. eventho i was super tired n my legs were shivering after the long jouney up to batucaves...the pleasure u get once u're up is compensates for everythin..n so i look forward for this event every year...VEL VEL MURUGA..
